Update August 3rd

Hello, Jon,

Well here it is!  Attached you will find the Complaint for Ethan Book and Ethan Book for U.S. Senate v. Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz, the two Chairmen of the Government Administration & Elections Committee, Attorney General Richard Blumenthal and the State of Connecticut which was formally filed in federal District Court yesterday.  In the Complaint (See the last two pages.), I seek a declaratory ruling to invalidate the McMahon Certificate of Endorsement, a mandamus to order that the August 10th Primary Election for the position of U.S. Senate be suspended or postponed and I seek unspecified financial compensation for economic and non-economic damages.  I believe that the document is good and solid.  The confirmed copies (with the case number and judge assignment) should be ready by about noon today.  My plan is to follow the Complaint promptly with a Motion for Emergency Injunction.

With these steps, the matter moves to God's Hands  This looks very interesting!  God is good!

Regards,

Ethan

Update July 22nd

Hello Friends,

Now we have my second letter to the legislative Government Administration and Elections Committee .  I think we are getting down to the nitty-gritty.  Particularly important in it are the following:

1.  My assertion that the clearly excessive and malicious state actions regarding the 2001 petty misdemeanor action of Stamford Superior Court were done because the civil and financial claims of my 1995 federal lawsuit against the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority are viable, well-founded and legitimate,

2.  My statements that "Attorney General Richard Blumenthal has been an active participant in a broadly pervasive culture mentality among officials of state agencies and state courts of not giving to [me] what [I] seek before state agencies and state courts . . . that as part of an understood or implied unarticulated strategy of discouraging, delaying and discrediting [me] from further pursuit of federal claims" and "Mr. Blumenthal has observedly acted with the view that his broad political network and support would effect to sheld him from normal responsibility and liability.  Therefore, Mr. Blumenthal and those associated with him have acted in a manner, not of doing what is right, rather in doing what they have believed that they, in concert with others of similar mind, could get away with . . . ."

3.  The photographs that are attached to the 4th Supplement to Motion for Reconsideration presented in the quiet title lawsuit, photographs which show (1) where I resided together with my family in 1983 when I moved to Fairfield from the Dominican Republic, (2) my designated business office location in September of 2005, and (3) my designated business office location as was observed on July 16, 2010.  The contrasts reflect what happens to one in the current political system in Connecticut who seeks to productively and positively do right!

The letter may be lengthy but I believe it is well-suited for this moment of proper disclosure and issue development.  It is powerful!

I welcome your review and comments!

Regards,

Ethan

July 17th Letter to Government Administration

Hello Friends,

Please observe the following message which I just sent to Christopher Healey, Chairman of the Connecticut Republican Party, also to Linda McMahon, Peter Schiff and others. The plot thickens!

Constitutional integrity and individual freedom!
Hello, Mr. Healey, Linda McMahon, Peter Schiff and others,
By this means I provide you notice of a letter which I sent yesterday to the Chairmen of the legislative Government Administration & Elections Committee (with hard copies to the Secretary of State, to Christopher Healey, Linda McMahon, Peter Schiff and others). The letter is further exposure and development of what I have described for some months as an unresolved political cancer in state government, that as pertains both to specific defects which I have formally raised with the Secretary of State of the Certificate of Endorsement which Linda McMahon presented on June 2nd to the Secretary of State (attached) and also of the undisputed claims which I have made that Democrat Party candidate Richard Blumenthal, as Attorney General, and officials acting under his authority, have abused their positions through improper influence of officials of state agencies and state courts as collateral attack against citizens who have legitimate federal claims against state officials and/or state agencies. The credible information provided in the letter is additional compelling support for these related matters.

I also point out that a Quinnippiac University poll released yesterday reflects popularity ratings between Mr. Blumenthal and Linda McMahon at 54% and 37% respectively with the respective ratings of Republican candidates Linda McMahon, Rob Simmons and Peter Schiff at 52%, 25% and 13%. This is nearly two months after the Connecticut Republican Convention and just 3 1/2 weeks prior to the scheduled Primary Election. This is also where there has yet been no dispute or objection to my formal Declaration and Petition for Declaratory Ruling which I sent to the Secretary of State on June 24th regarding the substantive defects of the McMahon Certificate of Endorsement (attached) and including no dispute of my assertions that the Certificate was not "properly completed" as is mandated, among other matters.

Clearly, there are various pending interrelated legal and political issues.

I respectfully request your review of these materials and your responses.

Regards,

Ethan Book
